Arrow Streak privacy policy
Arrow Streak has no account or sign-in, and your progress stays on your device. Information leaves it only to check the date, to ask for your privacy choices where the law requires it, and to show ads.
What stays on your device
Your progress (levels, stars, solved daily puzzles and streaks), your tools, your settings, and the name and avatar you choose are saved only on your device. We never receive them.
If backup is turned on for your device, Android may include this data in your device backup to your Google account, which Google keeps under its own privacy policy. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes everything.
Checking the date
So that the daily puzzle changes at midnight and stays the same for everyone, the app asks Cloudflare for the current time when you are online: when the app starts, and at most about once an hour after that.
As with any internet request, Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic information about your device and network. The app reads only the time from the answer and sends nothing about you. Cloudflare's privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
Ads
The app shows ads from Google AdMob, including optional videos you can choose to watch for rewards such as extra hints. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:
- your device's advertising ID
- your IP address, and an approximate location worked out from it
- information about your device and the app, and how you interact with the ads
Where the law requires your agreement first, the app asks for it (see below). If you don't agree, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalised.

Your privacy choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and some US states, the app asks for your choices about ads using Google's User Messaging Platform. To find out whether a choice is needed where you are, it contacts Google when the app starts, which shares your IP address and device information with Google. Your choice is saved on your device.
Where these choices apply, you can change them at any time in Settings, under Privacy choices.
Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules notifications on your device. They don't involve any server. Turn them off in Settings or in your phone's notification settings.
What we don't do
We have no accounts and no servers that store information about you. The app has no analytics and sends no crash reports. It doesn't read your contacts, photos, precise location or other apps. We don't sell your information.
If any of this changes, we will update this policy before the change reaches the app.
Problem reports
If something goes wrong, the app keeps a short note of the last few errors on your device. If you choose Report a problem, it puts the app version, your phone's system and those notes into a message you can send however you like. Nothing is sent unless you send it, and it contains nothing about you.
Children
Arrow Streak is made for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has shared personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
Your rights
Your game data is on your device, so you control it: delete it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as to access, correct or delete it, or to object to how it is used. For information processed by Google or Cloudflare, use the tools in their privacy policies. For anything else, contact us.
Security
The app's internet requests use encrypted connections (HTTPS). Data on your device is protected by your phone's app security, which keeps other apps from reading it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version appears in the app and on this page with a new date.
